Father's Day is just around the corner! Here are a couple of items that would make great Father's Day gifts. I'm also working on some lighthouse beer glasses and some other items. Please visit my website on Etsy to see new items as I finish them.
I'm looking forward to trying some glass painting with Martha Stewarts new line of paints. They are supposed to work for almost any surface. Have you tried them yet?
Hi Brooke. I have not tried Martha Stewarts paint. I mostly use Folk Art Enamel paint that I then bake on in my oven. It seems to be quite durable. I've also used PermEnamel that has a 10 day air-dry time to become permanent on glass. Each of these two paints have different characteristics that I like. Folk Art is thicker than the PermEnamel but still more transparent. I usually use multiple coats of whichever paint I use because I like the colors to pop. I will have to look at one of my local crafts store for Martha's paint and give it a try.
